Ohmy...I have to go to bed, I think i´m gonna fall to sleep in my chair...zzzz...

Umm... anyway; I havn´t drawed many dragons before, just a few for some of my buddies (U know who U are ;P ) . And those time the dragons was more "cartoonish" then realistic, so I desided to try drawing a realistic one, after reading :iconneondragon: s book "Dragonart". It really inspired me to draw dragons, so U will probably see more of these.

First up; "The Dragon of the Sun". A western, furious, fire-breathing dragon. I used red and yellow colors to get the soft sunset-sky and alot´s of shadows on the dragon. x'D

Yes, he has only one hand. The other one he lost in a battle with another dragon...

The wings look so powerful. It really emphasizes the strength of the dragon itself, and the colors work well together. Great job!

That's awesome, great job on the wings, and feet/hands. Hands/feet and wings are always my weaknesses. :)
